1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UGUNU Labs ("UGUNU," "we," "us," or "our"), an entertainment and self-reflection experience available as a Telegram Mini App and on the companion website (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Entertainment and Self-Reflection Only
UGUNU is an entertainment and self-reflection product. It is not a medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic service. It does not diagnose any condition, provide medical or mental health advice, or replace consultation with a qualified professional. The personalized outputs, readings, and insights the Service generates are entertainment content produced by our proprietary methodology. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or factual claims about your psychology, personality, or health.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account and Telegram
The Service operates through Telegram. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs under it. We may associate your profile with your Telegram account to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or interfere with the Service, its systems, or other users' data.
- Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Submitting false, misleading, or unlawful information.
- Attempting to circumvent any access limits, abuse-prevention measures, or payment requirements.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting the Service's underlying systems beyond normal use.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Service are available on a paid basis (for example, using Telegram Stars or another supported payment method). Payment processing is handled by Telegram or the relevant payment provider under their own terms. We may offer free trials, which are subject to the terms presented at the time of the trial. You are responsible for any fees associated with features you purchase, and cancellation or refunds are governed by the applicable payment provider's policies and Telegram's terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the proprietary methodology used to generate outputs, is owned by or licensed to UGUNU and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and self-reflection. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its outputs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable. Outputs are entertainment content and should not be relied upon for any medical, psychological, financial, or other consequential decision.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGUNU and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
