UGUNU ("UGUNU," "we," "us," or "our") provides an entertainment and self-reflection experience accessible through a Telegram Mini App and a companion website (together, the "Service"). UGUNU is an entertainment and self-reflection product. It is not a medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic service. Information you provide directly

• First name and last name, or the name you choose to enter.
• Zodiac sign or birth-related information you choose to enter, where applicable to the feature you use.
• Your daily micro-log entries (for example, your stress level, exposure, actions, and any notes you choose to record).
• Any other information you voluntarily submit through forms, profile fields, or messages to support.

Information received automatically through Telegram

When you open the Service through Telegram, the Telegram platform shares certain account information with us as part of standard Mini App functionality, including:

• Telegram user ID.
• Public first and last name as set in your Telegram account.
• Telegram username, if set.
• Profile photo, if publicly available and shared by Telegram.
• Language preference set in your Telegram client.
• Interface theme parameters used to render the Mini App correctly.

This information is provided by Telegram's platform and is governed in part by Telegram's own Privacy Policy in addition to this one.

Derived profile outputs

Based on the information you provide, the Service generates private, personalized outputs and visual displays for your profile (referred to internally as Spectre-based outputs). These outputs are entertainment content generated by our proprietary methodology. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or factual claims about your psychology, personality, or health.

Technical and log data

When you use the Service, our infrastructure may automatically record limited technical data, including:

• IP address.
• Request timestamps.
• Browser or client type and version.
• Device and operating system information.
• Basic error and performance logs.

This data is used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and maintaining the reliability of the Service.

Payment information

If you make a purchase within the Service (for example, using Telegram Stars or another supported payment method), payment processing is handled by Telegram or the relevant payment provider. We do not directly store full payment card details. We may retain records of transaction status, timestamps, and purchased items for support and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share your profile publicly without your action.

We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

• Telegram, as the platform through which the Mini App and bot operate, and which independently processes certain account and messaging data under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, who store and process data on our behalf to run the Service.
• Cloudflare or similar network/security providers, used for routing, security, and reliability of our infrastructure.
• AI or computation providers, where applicable, used to help generate certain derived outputs, subject to their own data handling terms.
• Payment processors, where applicable, to process purchases you make within the Service.

These providers are only permitted to process data as necessary to provide their services to us, and are not authorized to use your data for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the rights or safety of users, or investigate fraud or security issues.

Profile information and derived outputs are retained for as long as your account remains active. Basic technical and security logs are retained for a limited period necessary for abuse prevention and troubleshooting, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
